Getting started
How do I start?
Sign up with your email and tell Ticky about your business. Ticky reads your website and writes your first week of posts, then you choose a plan and connect your accounts.
Which platforms does it work with?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Bluesky, with X as an optional extra. Posting and stats work on every one, and comment replies on all but Pinterest, which does not open comments to tools. Auto replies and DMs depend on what each platform allows.
Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?
No. Instagram business and creator accounts connect directly with Instagram Login.
Where do the stats come from?
From each platform’s official API: the numbers the platform itself reports, never estimates. They update through the day.
Can an auto reply send a DM?
On Instagram and Facebook, yes: one private message to each person who comments your keyword, as well as a public reply under their comment. On TikTok and Threads, an auto reply answers under the comment.
Your accounts, Ticky and privacy
Is automation safe for my account?
Clockpost works through each platform’s official API and follows its messaging rules: an automatic message only goes to someone who commented or wrote to you first, within the time the platform allows. No passwords, scraping or browser bots.
What does Ticky read?
The website you give it, a few pages, and only where the site lets robots in. With no website, Ticky looks your business up and uses nothing until you confirm it’s you. When you connect an account, it reads the captions and comments of your recent posts once. It never logs in to your social accounts. What it reads goes to our AI provider so it can write for you.
Can Ticky post without me?
No. Everything Ticky writes is a draft, and nothing goes out until you schedule it. The auto replies it drafts stay off until you switch them on. In the inbox it only drafts answers, unless you turn on Answers when I’m sure on Ticky’s page.
Does Ticky read my messages?
While Ticky’s answers are on, it reads new comments on posts sent from Clockpost and new Instagram and Facebook messages, to draft replies, and that text goes to our AI provider. Turn off Drafts every reply on Ticky’s page and it reads neither.
Where is my data kept?
With Cloudflare, which runs Clockpost: your account and posts in its database, your photos and videos in its storage. Posts and replies reach the platforms through Zernio, our publishing partner, and payments go through Polar. We don’t sell your data.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Write to [email protected] and we delete your account and everything it holds: your brands, posts, files and connections. Payment records are kept without your name.
Paying and your plan
How much does it cost?
Solo is $24 a month, or $19 a month paid yearly. Studio is $49 or $39, and Agency $119 or $99. Every plan has posting, the numbers, the inbox, auto replies and Ticky. Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax where you live.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Signing up is free: tell Ticky about your business and it writes your first week of posts before you choose a plan. Every plan then starts with 7 days free: your card is needed, nothing is charged until they end, and you can cancel any time before then. There’s no free plan after that, and if Clockpost isn’t right for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it, keeping back $5 for each social account you connected to cover what our connection partner, Zernio, charges us for it, and never more than half.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. During your 7 free days, cancel and nothing is charged.
Can my team or my clients use it?
Solo includes one seat, Studio three and Agency unlimited. The Agency plan adds client approval links and reports ready for clients.
