Clockpost does not currently offer live social account connections. Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts are our initial development priorities, with LinkedIn planned next. Every connection remains subject to platform access and testing.

What we will confirm before your pilot
- The account types you can connect.
- Supported text, image, carousel and video formats for each connection.
- Any actions that still need to be completed on the social platform.
- Which account and post metrics are available, and their reporting windows.
- Media limits, storage allowances and how publishing failures are handled.
Publishing and analytics are separate capabilities
The ability to publish a post does not mean that every metric is available for that account. Clockpost’s planned reporting will identify the source and reporting window of available metrics. Missing data should be shown as unavailable, rather than as zero performance.
