These terms cover the Clockpost website at useclockpost.com, operated by Cojani Labs. They explain how you may use the website, its product examples, its sign up form and referral links. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Signing up

When you sign up, you create a Clockpost account with your email address and a password, and confirm the address with a code sent to it. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account, and should tell us if you think someone else has used it. Your workspace opens after your account is made, and we email you when it does; setup times can vary. Signing up on this website does not create a subscription, purchase or payment obligation. No payment is collected through this website. Prices and service terms are shown before you subscribe.

You can share your referral link with people who may be interested in Clockpost. A referral does not create a payment or reward entitlement.

7 days free

Every plan starts with 7 free days, once for each workspace. You give a card when you start, and our payment provider, Polar, keeps it. Nothing is charged during the free days. They include 2 GB of storage, and your plan’s full storage starts with your first payment.

When the free days end, the trial turns into a paid plan on its own: Polar charges your card the plan’s price, and again each month or each year after that, until you cancel. Polar emails you a reminder before the first charge.

To stop, cancel before the free days end, in Settings under Plan. Nothing is charged, and everything keeps working to the last day. After that your brands pause, scheduled posts go back to drafts and your social accounts are disconnected. 30 days later your photos and videos are deleted. Your posts and drafts stay in your account. A workspace that has had a plan or a trial does not get another.

If the first charge fails, the plan stops at once, and three days later your social accounts are disconnected. Polar may try your card again during the ten days after the failed charge. Update your payment details in that time, or let a new attempt go through, and the plan carries on. After that the subscription ends and nothing is owed. X accounts are a paid extra and can be added once the first payment has gone through.

7 days to change your mind

If Clockpost isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it to the payment method you used. You don’t need to give a reason.

Connecting a social account costs us money from the moment it is connected: our connection partner, Zernio, charges us for each one. So for each social account you connected, we keep back $5 of the refund, and we never keep more than half of the payment. If you didn’t connect any account, we refund the payment in full. For example, if you paid $24 for Solo and connected 2 accounts, we refund $14; with 6 accounts, we refund $12, half the payment.

This covers the first payment for a plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly, including anything added to that payment such as extra accounts or brands. Later payments and renewals are not covered. When we refund you, your plan ends. Polar, which takes the payment, returns the tax on the part refunded. This is in addition to any right to cancel or to a refund that consumer law gives you where you live, and it does not limit those rights.

Product examples

The interactive examples use fictional brands, such as Kora Studio, and sample data to explain the product. They do not publish to social accounts, provide live analytics, send automated messages or generate content through an AI provider. Sample metrics are not customer results or performance guarantees. Changes to example content are temporary; keep your own copy if you need it.

Client links

Links you send to clients act on your behalf. If you turn on scheduling on a client’s yes, you give your approval in advance, and a post the client approves goes out at its time without another step from you. Anyone holding a link can use it, so send it only to the person it is for. You may email only people who expect to hear from you, and we may stop a workspace from sending if it is used for anything else.

AI assistants you connect

If you connect an AI assistant to Clockpost, it acts for you. What it does within what you allowed counts as done by you, and that includes posts, replies and messages sent with Send on, so check what you allow. You are responsible for your use of that assistant under its own terms. Some things always wait for a person, as our AI assistants page sets out. A key is like a password: keep it safe, and switch it off in Settings if it may have been seen.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact details for an address you control. Do not submit spam, malware, unlawful material or another person’s private information without authority. Do not try to gain unauthorised access, bypass protective limits, disrupt the site or present sample outputs as verified publishing results. We may restrict abusive requests to protect visitors and the service.

Your information and content

You retain ownership of content you enter. Sending an enquiry allows us to use its information to handle that enquiry; it does not give us ownership of your work. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, cookies and optional analytics. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information into product examples.

Website ownership and third parties

Cojani Labs owns or is authorised to use the original Clockpost website content, design and branding. You may view the site and download sample resources for evaluation and internal use. Other uses remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights and any licence accompanying an asset.

Third party logos, names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership. Social publishing and messaging depend on each platform’s permissions, policies and availability. External websites and services have their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. Product examples and informational resources are provided for evaluation, and should be checked before you rely on them for business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cojani Labs is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Paid plans have their own terms.

Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These website terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory consumer and data protection rights that apply where you live, including in the UK and EU.
