How much does each plan cost?
Solo is $19 a month when you pay yearly, or $24 month to month. Studio is $39 or $49, and Agency is $99 or $119. Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Signing up is free: tell Ticky about your business and it writes your first week of posts before you choose a plan. Every plan then starts with 7 days free: your card is needed, nothing is charged until they end, and you can cancel any time before then. If Clockpost isn’t right for you after you pay, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it, keeping back $5 for each social account you connected to cover what our connection partner, Zernio, charges us for it, and never more than half.
Is there a limit on automated replies?
There’s no limit on how many people your auto replies answer, on any plan. Solo keeps up to 3 auto replies switched on at once; Studio and Agency have no limit.
What if I go over my limits?
We’ll let you know before you reach a limit and suggest the plan that fits, so nothing stops without warning.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you like. Upgrades take effect straight away.
Why is X an optional extra?
X charges tools for every post published through its API, and more for posts with links. So X is $6 a month for each X account, which covers up to 60 posts a month, 15 of them with links.
How many accounts can I connect?
Each brand can connect one account on every platform Clockpost supports. Solo covers one brand, Studio three and Agency ten, and extra brands are $10 a month each.
