How to delete your Clockpost data

Last updated: 4 October 2026

You can ask us to delete the information Clockpost holds about you at any time. This page explains how, for your account, your sign up details and the social accounts you connect.

Your account and sign up details

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete the account, your email address, your stored password hash, your sessions, your optional answers and any referral record, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Connected Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts

You can disconnect an account in your settings at any time. Disconnecting removes our access tokens straight away. To delete the data we received from a platform, such as posts, comments, messages and contact tags, do one of the following:

  1. Delete your Clockpost account from your settings. We delete the account and all data received from connected platforms within 30 days.
  2. Or remove Clockpost from the platform. On Facebook or Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Clockpost. Meta then notifies us and we delete the data we received through that connection within 30 days.
  3. Or email [email protected] with the account name you connected and ask us to delete it.

What we keep

We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices for paid plans, for as long as it requires. Everything else is deleted. See our privacy policy for details.
