The rules we followAutomated DMs only go to people who commented or messaged you first. Instagram and Messenger let a business send one private reply to a comment within 7 days, and keep chatting for 24 hours after each message the customer sends. A person replying by hand gets up to 7 days. Clockpost follows these rules for you.

Is this like Manychat?
The comment to DM part is similar. The difference is that you set it on the post while you create it, in the same app you post and reply from, and it’s included in every plan instead of priced by contacts.
Does it work on TikTok and Threads?
Yes, as replies under the comment. On TikTok, Clockpost also answers DMs by keyword where TikTok offers its messaging API. TikTok doesn’t let any tool DM someone because they commented, and it doesn’t offer DM automation to accounts in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. Threads has no DMs.
How many auto replies can I run?
Three at a time on Solo and unlimited on Studio and Agency, with no limit on how many people they answer.
Does AI write the automated replies?
No. Automations send the exact words you wrote. AI can suggest replies in the inbox, and you choose whether to send them.
