Client approval and report links
On the Agency plan, a client can approve posts or read a report from a link, without an account.
An approval link
Choose up to 50 posts that haven’t gone out, a week at a time if you like, and see them as your client will. Give your client’s name if you want their page to greet them, then make the link. Your client opens it and approves each post or asks for changes. A draft that goes to no account yet can’t be sent. The link works for 30 days, and your team still schedules the posts.
A report link
Make a report of the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The link stays open for 90 days and shows your results, without the names or words of anyone who commented.
Keep them safe
Anyone with a link can open it, so send it only to your client. A link stops working while the plan isn’t Agency or isn’t paid, or while the brand is paused.
