Post to every platform at once

One post goes to every account you choose, each in the shape its platform needs.

Write the post

  1. Choose Create post. Beside To, your accounts stand as their own pictures, ringed while they are chosen. Tap one to leave it out.
  2. Choose Add to upload photos and videos or take them from your library. Drag them into order, and click one to describe it for people who can’t see it.
  3. Write the words once. To say something else on one platform, choose it under Words for.
  4. Make a few words Bold or Italic, underline them or start a list with the bar under the words. They’re special letters, so every platform shows them as you see them, but some screen readers spell them out.
  5. Open a platform’s row where it asks for more: who can see a TikTok post, a YouTube title, a Pinterest board.
  6. The orange button says when the post goes out. Its arrow holds the suggested times, any other day or time, and Post now. Then choose Schedule.

See it as each platform will

Beside the words the post stands on a phone, as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the rest will show it, at the time it goes out. Press its comment mark to see how a comment would be answered. On a phone, it’s under Preview.

Each platform’s limits

Clockpost checks each platform’s rules as you write, such as 2,200 characters and at least one photo or video on Instagram, or 280 characters on X. A post a platform would refuse can’t be scheduled until it’s put right.

After you schedule

You have 10 seconds to undo. The post waits in Posts, under Scheduled. In the week or the month you can drag it to another day, or open it and choose Move.

After it goes out

Find it in Posts, under Sent. Each account has a dot for how it went there, beside the post’s reach and its comments.

Open it to change or delete it where the platform allows. Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube let the words be changed, and X lets an account with X Premium change a post in its first hour. Instagram and TikTok don’t let apps change or delete a post: Clockpost says so, and opens the post in their app.

Pictures and videos stay as they went out. Deleting a post on a platform can’t be undone, so Clockpost asks where first, and keeps the post with its results, marked as no longer there, unless you turn that off.

Post once. Be everywhere.
