Set up auto replies
An auto reply answers a comment that uses your words, as soon as it arrives, day or night.
Where it answers
Under the comment on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads. On Instagram and Facebook it can also send one private message to the person who commented.
Make one
- Open Auto-replies and add one, or add it while you write a post.
- Choose its words: Any of these words, or an Exact phrase.
- Write the reply. Add up to three, and they take turns.
- Choose the posts it covers: all posts, one post, or new posts only.
- On Instagram and Facebook, add the private message too if you want one.
Ticky’s drafts
The auto replies Ticky drafts during setup wait in their own card, switched off. Read them and choose Switch on for the ones you want.
How many
Solo keeps up to 3 auto replies switched on at once. Studio and Agency have no limit, and no plan limits how many people they answer.
The list
Each auto reply starts with its switch and says how many comments it has answered. Filter by All, On or Paused.
