Set up Clockpost with Ticky
Setup takes four steps and ends on a first week of posts that Ticky writes for you. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password, then type the 6-digit code we email you. Setup opens straight after.
Tell Ticky about your business
Ticky says hello, then asks for your business name and, in a line or two, what you do. Only the name is needed.
Check what Ticky learned
Give your website and your @handles. Ticky reads a few pages of the site, and only where the site lets robots in. With no website, choose Find my business online and pick the right result under Is this you?: nothing is used until you do.
Then check the card Here’s what I learned. At the top is the kind of business Ticky took you for; if it’s wrong, choose Change and pick another. The tabs hold the rest: About (what you offer and who it’s for), Voice, Facts when Ticky found some, and Details (your languages and time zone). Change anything that’s wrong, then choose That’s us.
Keep your first week
Ticky writes a week of posts, each with its day, time, idea and caption. Choose Keep my first week and they go in Posts as drafts.
Every step after the first has Skip for now, and you can change all of it later in Settings.
Then choose a plan and connect
Choose a plan. Once it’s paid, setup opens again on Now connect where you post. Connect at least one account and Ticky reads it once, to learn what people ask you. Connecting your accounts explains each platform.
Post once. Be everywhere.
