Connect your accounts
Each account connects through its platform’s own login, so Clockpost never sees your password. A brand connects one account on each platform.
Before you start
Only the brand’s Owner or an Admin can connect accounts. Instagram business and creator accounts connect with Instagram Login, without a Facebook Page.
Connect an account
- Open Settings, then Channels. At the end of setup, the same accounts are on the connect step.
- Choose the platform. Clockpost first tells you what the platform will ask: its request names Zernio, the service Clockpost uses to post for you.
- Continue to the platform, log in there and allow access.
- For LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest you then choose, in Clockpost, where to post: your profile or a page, the Facebook Page, or the Pinterest board for new pins.
If it doesn’t finish
If a connection comes back unfinished, Clockpost keeps a card that says why, with Try again. A personal Instagram account can’t connect; the card shows how to switch it to a professional one.
